Anne Löhr

Anne Löhr ist klinisch-systemische Psychologin mit dem Schwerpunkt Musikbranche. Seit über zehn Jahren begleitet sie Artists, Bands und Professionals der Musikindustrie in Stresssituationen, bei Ängsten und in Krisen. Besonders engagiert ist sie in der Arbeit mit Emerging Artists, die sie in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung sowie im Umgang mit Bewertungsdruck unterstützt.
Im Zentrum ihrer Arbeit steht die Prävention und Behandlung psychischer Belastungen – etwa Konflikte, Burnout und ähnliche Herausforderungen – im Spannungsfeld beruflicher Anforderungen.
Als Speakerin und Dozentin setzt sie sich für mentale Gesundheit in der Musikindustrie ein und arbeitet mit renommierten Institutionen im In- und Ausland zusammen, darunter Landstreicher Booking, Live From Earth, das Reeperbahn Festival und der VUT.

Anne Löhr is a clinical-systemic psychologist with a specialisation in the music industry. For over ten years, she has supported artists, bands and music industry professionals in times of stress, anxiety and crisis. She is particularly committed to working with emerging artists, supporting their personal development and helping them navigate the pressure of constant evaluation.
Her work focuses on the prevention and treatment of mental strain – including conflicts, burnout and other challenges – within the context of professional demands.
As a speaker and lecturer, she advocates for mental health in the music industry and works with renowned institutions in Germany and internationally, including Landstreicher Booking, Live From Earth, Reeperbahn Festival and VUT.
